Fresh Fruit
The products reflect the magic of the untouched nature in which they come to life, using only the finest fruits of the wonderful lush island of Elba, without adding any preservative, gelling agents or pectins. The jams are made for the more discerning palate; every jam containing ingredients of the highest quality, carefully selected from Alban or Italian farmers.
Choosing only the island’s seasonal fruit, or the most valuable of Italian regions, such as Sicilian almonds and citrus fruits; worked entirely by hand, cooking slowly and gently, so as to guarantee a premium quality product. The jam is produced in limited quantities, depending on the seasonal yield.
